Declaração de Responsabilidade

A coligação Λίμνες με μέλλον, é um movimento de cidadãos independentes que vivem e ambicionam a melhoria do bem estar de todos em no Concelho de Lagos, bem como o desenvolvimento da cidade e de todas as freguesias do Concelho.

As nossas propostas, vertidas neste manifesto e outros documentos que partilharemos com a população do Concelho de Lagos, foram desenvolvidas com responsabilidade e boa fé, tendo em conta informação ao dispor do público e a visão de desenvolvimento que os membros da lista acreditam e consideram exequível.

Todos os projetos apresentados foram alvo de uma reflexão especifica, dentro da equipa e consultando vários especialistas.

A execução das medidas propostas, pressupõe que a informação disponibilizada sobre a situação financeira do Município é rigorosa e que os orçamentos nos próximos 4 anos terão níveis de receita e financiamento aos mesmos níveis da média do últimos anos, bem como o respeito pelas regras de equilíbrio financeiro.

Simultaneamente, temos de partilhar com os Lacobrigenses a reserva de consciência que a parca qualidade da informação de gestão divulgada e a volume de alterações que os orçamentos e planos plurianuais Câmara Municipal tem sofrido nos últimos anos nos impuseram no nosso trabalho de planeamento.

Assim, assumimos que os níveis de arrecadação de impostos municipais será estável e que os custos de estrutura da autarquia não terão alterações significativas, resultante de compromissos assumidos que desconhecemos e / ou não são públicos, para conseguirmos executar este Manifesto Eleitoral.

#1. Habitação – Um plano em diversas frentes para os cidadãos de Lagos.

Ο PRR θα σβήσει πλήρως σε λιγότερο από ένα χρόνο, Και σε πολλούς τομείς δεν είναι πλέον δυνατό να παρουσιάσουμε νέα έργα.

Σημαντικές ευκαιρίες χάθηκαν.

Οι λίμνες πάσχουν από παραμέληση, Αλλά πρέπει να αντιδράσετε με ρεαλισμό και στρατηγικό όραμα.

Συνεχιζόμενες διαδικασίες:

Οι λίμνες με το μέλλον ανέλυσαν την κατάσταση με βάθος: Με ρεαλισμό το PRR θα εξαφανιστεί εντελώς σε λιγότερο από ένα χρόνο και σε πολλούς τομείς είναι ήδη αδύνατο να παρουσιάσουμε έργα. Οι ευκαιρίες και οι λίμνες χάθηκαν, πάσχει από παραμέληση, Πρέπει να αντιδράσετε. Προτείνουμε τα ακόλουθα:

Προχωρήστε με έργα σε νέα κέντρα στέγασης;

Απορρίπτω η κατασκευή του 14 Πυρκαγιές στο πάρκο στάθμευσης Bensafrim, απαραίτητο για την αγορά, στο φαρμακείο και το κέντρο υγείας.

Δημοτικές υποδιαιρέσεις για αυτοκαταστροφή

Δημιουργήστε νέα αστικά έργα στο Luz, Βαρώνος. João και Bensafrim, Πολλά προς πώληση, για αυτο -κατασκευή.

Convidar empresas de construção económica, ecológica e modular, para desenvolver projetos que permitam baixar os preços da habitação em Lagos para valores acessíveis às bolsas dos trabalhadores de Lagos.

Garantir junto das empresas parceiras, permuta de fogos, que servirão para arrendamento, sob gestão da Câmara Municipal.

Reabilitação de habitações antigas

Criar incentivos à recuperação de casas degradadas.

Melhorar o conforto e eficiência térmica das habitações.

Apoio a famílias e jovens

Projetos de apoio habitacional para famílias e jovens com emprego.

Incentivo às cooperativas

Apoiar a dinamização de cooperativas habitacionais.

A habitação é um direito fundamental. Em Lagos com Futuro acreditamos que é possível trazer soluções reais, equilibradas e justas, que respondam às necessidades da população.

#2. Saúde, Segurança e Proteção Civil – Um plano que aposta na saúde e segurança dos cidadãos do Concelho de Lagos.

Reforçar o policiamento de proximidade;
Aproximar os cuidados primários de saúde às freguesias da Luz, Bensafrim, Odiáxere e Barão de S. Τζόο, com a contratação de médico(s) de família através da Câmara Municipal, elaborando para o efeito um regulamento municipal;
Instalar videovigilância com monitorização nas zonas turísticas;
Promover a proteção e bem-estar animal;

#3. Περιβαλλοντική και αστική βιωσιμότητα - Λίμνες προς την ολοκληρωμένη βιωσιμότητα

Αντικαταστήστε και επεκτείνετε τις υποδομές που έχουν ταφεί σε νερό και λύματα;
Realizar um estudo económico para confirmar o que pensamos, que é possível internalizar o serviço da Onda, realizando poupanças significativas, que permitirão tornar o serviço gratuito para os residentes no Concelho, logo que o presente contrato se conclua;
Βελτίωση της κινητικότητας των αστικών και διαταραχών, με βελτιστοποίηση κυκλωμάτων κυμάτων;
Ανασυγκροτώ, τετράγωνα, Ρεύματα, Δήμοι και δρόμοι;
Ανακτήστε τις μπλε σημαίες των παραλιών;
Βελτίωση του αστικού καθαρισμού με συχνές πλέξεις δρόμων και απομάκρυνση ζιζανίων;
Βελτιστοποιήστε τη συλλογή αστικών στερεών αποβλήτων και εγκαταστήστε νέα οικολογικά νησιά;
Καθορίστε και εφαρμόστε ένα σχέδιο προσαρμογής για την αλλαγή του κλίματος;
Εφαρμόστε ένα τοπικό σχέδιο δράσης για τη βιοποικιλότητα με τη συμμετοχή των πολιτών και του συσχετιστικού κινήματος.
Implementar o Projeto Mais Verde – Parque Urbano/Jardim de Lagos.

Δημιουργία α Πανεπιστημιακός κόμβος αφιερωμένο στις καλές τέχνες και το σχεδιασμό, τέχνης (θέατρο, σινεμά, μουσική, χορός) και τουρισμός;
Υποστήριξη της εγκατάστασης του Επαγγελματική σχολή αποκατάστασης, Φιλοξενία και Τουρισμός του Λάγος.
Reforçar o projeto Escola Segura, disponibilizando viaturas e aumentando a presença das forças de segurança, para que alunos, professores, pais e funcionários se sintam verdadeiramente protegidos.
Garantir que as escolas de Lagos disponham dos assistentes operacionais e assistentes técnicos previstos na lei, assegurando o bom funcionamento diário.
Construção de uma nova escola E/B 2,3 – necessidade já identificada e aprovada na Carta Educativa em 2018. Esta nova infraestrutura permitirá libertar as escolas secundárias Gil Eanes e Júlio Dantas das turmas do 9.º ano.
O crescimento populacional e o aumento do fluxo migratório nos últimos anos trouxeram mais alunos em idade escolar, tornando esta obra ainda mais urgente.
Reforçar as equipas de saúde escolar, garantindo a presença de psicólogos e terapeutas da fala em todas as escolas do município.

Rever o Plano Social e o Plano Cultural de Lagos, construindo uma estratégia mais transparente e participativa.

Participação Cívica

Relançar o Orçamento Participativo, com divisões específicas para jovens, seniores e sociedade civil;
Criar a figura do Provedor do Munícipe, para defender os interesses dos cidadãos junto da autarquia;
Envolver de forma ativa os cidadãos estrangeiros que vivem em Lagos, valorizando a diversidade social e cultural da comunidade.

Apoio Social

Alargar o trabalho da Rede Social, reforçando o apoio à terceira idade e incentivando uma vida sénior ativa e cívica;
Dar apoio diversificado a grupos vulneráveis: crianças e idosos, pessoas com deficiência, mulheres, minorias étnicas, desempregados e famílias com baixos rendimentos ou sem habitação digna.

Modernização da Administração

Implementar o trabalho remoto para funcionários municipais, sempre que possível, para maior eficiência e melhor conciliação da vida profissional e pessoal.

#5. Património Cultural e Desporto – A História e as linguagens artísticas como meios de inclusão e desenvolvimento

Requalificar e promover o património edificado;
Valorizar e promover o património cultural intangível do Concelho;
Convite para o desenvolvimento de Espaço interativo permanente sobre Lagos, a sua natureza, o seu passado e as suas gentes. Lagos e os desastres naturais que marcaram – o caso de terramoto de 1755;
Criação do Conselho Municipal de Cultura com os agentes culturais ativos do concelho;
Descentralização dos espaços de fruição cultural e entretenimento;
Definir um programa anual de apoio ao movimento associativo, desportivo e cultural, com regras objetivas;
Apoiar modalidades desportivas e atletas de elevado potencial, incluindo desporto adaptado;
Valorizar e apoiar os artesãos locais através da criação de uma marca/ selo forte que os identifique como, artesãos do Município de Lagos.

Δίκτυα νερού και αποχέτευσης, Στους επόμενους δρόμους: Street Lastaote de Freitas, Rua soeiro da costa, Rua dos ferreiros, Δρ Street. Faria e Silva και άλλοι δρόμοι του ιστορικού κέντρου του Λάγος (εντός των τείχων);
Δίκτυα νερού και αποχέτευσης, Σε άλλους δρόμους της πόλης: Οδός Santo Amaro, Οδός νεκροταφείου, Rua Crisógno Dos Santos και Rua da Aldeia, Marítimo/ Ameijeira δέσμευση Street;

Απενεργοποίηση σηπτικών δεξαμενών (Vale από τον Λάμα, Βαρώνος. Τζόο, Λίβρα, Ευρύς);
Επέκταση του δικτύου συλλέκτη λυμάτων στο Chinicato/ Torre;
Προσπάθειες πισίνας με σκοπό να αναδιαμορφωθεί από το barão de s wwtp. Τζόο;
Απενεργοποιήστε τις συλλογικές λάκκους σε αστικοποιήσεις με συνδέσμους σε δημόσια δίκτυα αποστράγγισης (Caliças και Santa Teresinha/ Sargaçal).

Δεξαμενές νερού

Απαγάλωση χαμηλών δεξαμενών νερού (δίδυμος, Λίβρα);
Κατασκευή νέων δεξαμενών (Bensafrim e Colinas Verdes).

Limpeza Urbana

Ampliar Rede de Ilhas Ecológicas, com sensorização de aferição da capacidade útil (telegestão);
Aumento da Frequência da recolha de Resíduos e limpeza regular;
Lavagem e Higienização regular de contentores;
Tecnologias de gestão inteligente na área da higiene pública;
Envolvimento dos cidadãos na recolha de sugestão e participação ativa nos processos no quotidiano para um ambiente sustentável.

Ciclovias Urbanas

Construção de ciclovias urbanas, na ligação entre as escolas de 2º e 3º ciclos, zona do pavilhão e estádio municipais.

Cemitérios

Ampliação do Cemitério Municipal (novo);
Reabilitação do Cemitério dos Animais;

Ανάπτυξη έργου εκτέλεσης για την ανάκριση της λεωφόρου, (συμπεριλαμβανομένης της πλατείας Infante, Largo da Ribeira Das Naus και Largo του τερματικού λεωφορείου);
Κατασκευή παιδικής χαράς σε ευγενή ζώνη με σκοπό την αναζωογόνηση του τοπικού εμπορίου.

Δημιουργήστε όρους για τον πανεπιστημιακό πόλο του Λάγος

Project με σκοπό την αποκατάσταση της κ.. δόξα;
Πρόκληση για πανεπιστημιακά ιδρύματα (Ανώτατη Σχολή Τεχνών και Λάγος Τουρισμός);
Μελέτη με συνθήκες δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης για επαγγελματική εκπαίδευση στον τομέα της αποκατάστασης και της φιλοξενίας;
Δημιουργήστε πρωτόκολλα για μελέτες που απευθύνονται στη στρατηγική ανάπτυξη των λιμνών και του νομού, αξιοποίηση της χτισμένης και άυλης ιστορικής κληρονομιάς (ακαδημαϊκές διατριβές και σύνδεση μεταξύ πανεπιστημίων, δημόσιες αρχές και επιχειρηματίες).

Απαγάλωση δημοτικής οδού, των δρόμων στις ενορίες και τη δημιουργία στρατηγικών πάρκων στάθμευσης, όπως:

Επωφελήσεις του Rua da Várzea και του Rua ακριβώς στο Luz;
Απαγάλωση πάρκινγκ στο Luz;
Αποκατάσταση του πάρκου στάθμευσης στο Bensafrim;
Αποκατάσταση δρόμων του χωριού Odiáxre;

Λίμνες με μέλλον, Έχει τον επαγγελματισμό και την αφοσίωση των τοπικών υπαλλήλων στην πραγματοποίηση των μέτρων που χρειάζεται ο νομός - λόγος για την ύπαρξη της δημοτικής λειτουργίας.

Το προσωπικό του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου, Τα προσόντα των μελών και της αφοσίωσης είναι θεμελιώδη όπλα για την αλλαγή και το μέλλον των λιμνών. Γραμμές ανάπτυξης ανθρώπινων πόρων του δήμου:

Ενδυνάμωση των κεφαλών σε διάφορα επίπεδα: προσόντα, Ορισμός των αποστολών και η ανάπτυξη της αυτονομίας;
Identificação de funcionários com Alto Potencial – Preparar o rejuvenescimento e o futuro do município;
Funcionários com funções especificas – Qualificação para serviços essenciais como manutenção, limpeza urbana, segurança, carpintaria, serralharia, atendimento aos munícipes, gestão de edifícios e equipamentos, entre outros;
Possibilidade de exercício de funções públicas em Jornada Contínua para os funcionários com necessidades prementes face a dificuldades de falta de equipamentos de apoio e suporte familiar, desde que cumpram os requisitos segundo a Lei Geral de Trabalho em Funções Públicas (LTFP).

Os recursos públicos são sempre limitados, a Câmara Municipal tem um enorme compromisso com projetos plurianuais com atrasos e adiamentos e com uma execução reduzida.

Declaration of Commitment

The coalition Λίμνες με μέλλον is a movement of independent citizens dedicated to the improvement of all residents and the development of the city and every civil parish (freguesias).

Our proposals, presented in this manifesto and other documents to be shared with the residents of the Lagos municipality, were developed responsibly and in good faith. They are based on publicly available information and reflect a feasible vision of development that the members of our list believe in.

All projects were the subject of in-depth reflection within our team and included consultation with various experts.

The execution of the proposed measures presupposes that the information made available regarding the Municipality’s financial situation is accurate, and that the budgets over the next four years will maintain revenue and financing levels consistent with the average of recent years, as well as adherence to financial balance rules.

Simultaneously, we must share with the Lacobrigenses (residents of Lagos) our deep concern regarding the poor quality of the management information disclosed and the volume of changes that the Municipal Council’s budgets and multi-annual plans have undergone in recent years, which have imposed serious constraints on our planning efforts.

Thus, to execute this electoral manifesto, we assume that municipal tax collection levels will remain stable and that the municipality’s structural costs will not change significantly due to unknown or undisclosed prior commitments.

#1. Housing – A Multi-Front Plan for the Citizens of Lagos

Lagos Housing: Clear and Realistic Proposals

The housing situation in Lagos has been marked by confusion, delays, and mismanagement. Many announced projects never materialized, planning has failed, and the municipality has accumulated debt.

Λίμνες με μέλλον has analysed the situation in depth and concludes that:

The Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) funding will be fully exhausted in less than a year, and in many areas, it is already impossible to submit new projects.
Important opportunities were lost. Lagos is suffering from neglect and must react with realism and strategic vision.

Our Proposals:

Ongoing Processes:

Complete the construction of 104 Housing Units in Chesgal.

Review early processes:

Analyse each project with realism;
Search for diverse financial solutions;
Establish negotiations with public and private partners;
Implement viable and risk-controlled plans.

New Housing Projects:

Advance with projects in new housing centres.
Reject the construction of 14 Housing Units in the Bensafrim Parking area, which is essential for the market, pharmacy and health centre.

Municipal Allotments for Self-Construction:

Create new urban projects in Luz, Barão de São João and Bensafrim, offering lots for sale dedicated to self-construction.
Develop standard housing models adapted to each civil parish, included in the lot price, to ensure construction uniformity.

Leverage the new Land Law:

Extend urban perimeters, integrating and acquiring rural land for the municipality.
Invite economic, ecological and modular construction companies to develop projects that will bring Lagos housing prices down to levels accessible for local workers.
Ensure that partner companies provide housing units that will be allocated for rental under the management of the City Council.

Rehabilitation of Old Housing:

Create incentives for the recovery of degraded houses.
Improve the comfort and thermal efficiency of existing housing.

Support for Families and Young People:

Implement housing support projects for families and young people with employment.

Support for housing cooperatives:

Support for the dynamization of housing cooperatives;

Housing is a fundamental right. Λίμνες με μέλλον believes it is possible to deliver real, balanced, and fair solutions that meet the needs of the population.

#2. Health, Safety and Civil Protection – A plan that invests in the health and safety of Lagos citizens.

Reinforce proximity policing.
Bring primary healthcare closer to the civil parishes of Luz, Οδοντξύτης, and Barão de São João by contracting family doctor(s) directly through the City Council, establishing a municipal regulation for this purpose.
Install monitored videosurveillance systems in tourist areas;
Promote animal protection and welfare.

#3. Environmental and Urban Sustainability – Lagos Towards Integrated Sustainability

Replace and expand the underground water and sewage infrastructure;
Conduct an economic study to confirm our belief that it is possible to internalize the Onda (Bus) service, achieving significant savings that will allow the service to be free for residents in the Municipality, as soon as the current contract concludes;
Improve urban and inter-parish mobility by optimizing Onda (bus) routes/circuits.
Rehabilitate squares, urban streets, municipal roads and paths.
Recover the Blue Flags status for the beaches.
Improve urban cleaning with frequent street washing and weed removal.
Optimize the collection of urban solid waste and install new ecological islands.
Define and implement an adaptation plan for climate change.
Apply a local action plan for biodiversity with the participation of citizens and the associative movement.
Implement the Green Ring Project – Urban Park/Lagos Garden.

#4. Economic and Social Development – Economically Sustainable Lagos. A vision and actions with a 360-degree scope

Education and Training:

Create a University Hub dedicated to Fine Arts, Design, Performing Arts (theatre, σινεμά, music, dance) and Tourism.
Support the establishment of a Professional School focused on Restaurant Management, Hospitality and Tourism in Lagos.
Strengthen the Safe School Project, providing vehicles and increasing the presence of security forces to ensure that students, teachers, parents and employees feel truly protected.
Ensure that Lagos schools have the legally required operational and technical assistants, guaranteeing smooth daily operation.
Construct a new Basic School (2nd and 3rd cycles) – a need identified and approved in the Educational Charter in 2018. This new facility will relieve pressure on Gil Eanes and Júlio Dantas secondary schools by taking over 9th-grade classes, which is urgent given recent population growth and migratory flow.
Reinforce school health teams, ensuring the presence of psychologists and speech therapists in all schools in the municipality.

Entrepreneurship and Economy:

Activate the Entrepreneurship Factory;
Create a Company Nest (Business Incubator) to support new entrepreneurs;
Conduct Strategic Studies to identify Lagos’ competitive advantages and potential “clusters“ (specialization areas), making this information accessible to investors;
Establish the Municipal Council for Economy and Tourism, involving investors, citizens, public institutions and private associations;
Develop a Sustainable Commerce Retail Network, focusing on sound environmental practices;

Tourism and Culture:

Promote new events to combat seasonality, such as gastronomic fairs, major cultural activities and handicraft markets;
Review the Social Plan and the Cultural Plan of Lagos, building a more transparent and participatory strategy;

Civic Participation:

Relaunch the Participatory Budget, with specific quotas for youth, seniors and civil society;
Create the figure of the Municipal Ombudsman (or Citizen’s Advocate) to defend citizens’ interests before the municipality;
Actively involve foreign citizens living in Lagos, valuing the social and cultural diversity of the community;

Social Support:

Expand the work of the Social Network, reinforcing support for the elderly and encouraging an active and civic senior life;
Provide more diversified support for vulnerable groups: children and the elderly, people with disabilities, women, ethnic minorities, unemployed, and low-income families or those lacking dignified housing;

Modernization of Administration:

Implement remote work for municipal employees, whenever possible, to improve efficiency and better reconcile professional and personal life.

#5. Cultural Heritage and Sport – History and Artistic Languages as Means of Inclusion and Development

Requalify and promote the built heritage;
Value and promote the intangible cultural heritage of the county;
Call for the development of a permanent interactive space focused on Lagos, its nature, its past and its people, including the natural disasters that marked its history, such as the 1755 earthquake;
Create the Municipal Council of Culture involving the active cultural agents of the municipality;
Decentralize cultural enjoyment and entertainment spaces;
Define an annual support program for the associative, sports, and cultural movements, based on objective rules;
Support sports modalities and high-potential athletes, including adaptive sports;
Value and support local artisans by creating a strong brand/seal that identifies them as Lagos Municipal Artisans;

The transformative project that must be undertaken:

Review of Infrastructures and Urban Design (It cannot be delayed any further)

Historic Centre:

Underground infrastructure renewal.
Water and Sewage Networks in the following streets: Street Lastaote de Freitas, Rua soeiro da costa, Rua dos ferreiros, Δρ Street. Faria e Silva, and other streets in the Historic Centre (intramural).
Water and Sewage Networks in other city streets: Rua Santo Amaro, Οδός νεκροταφείου, Rua Crisógno dos Santos, Rua da Aldeia, and Rua do Compromisso Marítimo/ Ameijeira;
Low voltage electricity and telecommunications networks.

Water Supply throughout the Municipality:

Improvement of flow and pressure conditions (Σαργκάαλ).
Remodelling/Expansion of Water Supply Conduits (Πύλες, Ευλογικοί κήποι, Κολλέγιο, εβραϊκός, Romerias, Vale da Rosa and Pedragosa).
Replacement of the OdiáxereWater Supply Network.

Domestic Water Sewage:

Deactivation of septic tanks (Vale από τον Λάμα, Barão de São João, Λίβρα, Ευρύς).
Expansion of the Sewage Collector Network in Chinicato/Torre.
Focus efforts on the renovation of Barão de São João ETAR (Wastewater Treatment Plant).
Deactivate collective septic tanks in urbanizations already linked to public drainage networks (Caliças and Santa Teresinha/Sargaçal).

Water Reservoirs:

Requalification of low-level water reservoirs (Funchal and Caliças).
Construction of new reservoirs (Bensafrim and Colinas Verdes).

Urban Cleaning:

Expand the network of ecological islands, with sensors for measuring usable capacity (telemanagement)
Increased frequency of waste collection and regular cleaning.
Washing and regular container sanitization.
Implement intelligent management technologies in the area of public hygiene.
Involve citizens in collecting suggestions and participating actively in everyday processes for a sustainable environment.

Urban Cycle Paths:

Construction of urban bike paths connecting the 2nd and 3rd cycle schools, the Municipal Pavilion and the Stadium.

Cemeteries:

Expansion of the Municipal Cemetery (new section).
Pet Cemetery rehabilitation.
Construction of Columbaries in the Municipal Cemetery (new section).
Improve accessibility to the Barão de São João Cemetery.

Develop the execution project for the Avenue requalification (including Praça do Infante, Largo da Ribeira das Naus and the Bus Terminal Square).

University Pole of Lagos:

Project aimed at the rehabilitation of Senhora da Glória Building.
Challenge University Institutes (e.g., Higher School of Arts and Lagos Tourism).
Study conditions with secondary schools for professional education in the area of restaurant management and hospitality.
Establish protocols for studies directed to the strategic development of Lagos and the Council, and the valorisation of the built and intangible historical heritage (academic theses and connection between universities, public authorities, and entrepreneurs).

Municipal Road Requalification, Street Improvements and Strategic Parking facilities, such as:

Improvement of Rua da Várzea and Rua Direita in Luz.
Requalification of the Parking facility in Luz.
Rehabilitation of the Parking facility in Bensafrim.
Rehabilitation of streets in Odiáxere.
Improvement of the Municipal Road between Montinhos da Luz and Burgau.
Requalification of various streets and rural paths in the civil parishes.

Municipal Equipment:

New Building for the Bensafrim Parish Council.
Completion of the new headquarters and equipment for the São Gonçalo Civil Parish Council.
Business area for small industry in Barão de São João.
Rehabilitation of the Lagos Fairgrounds.
Rehabilitation of the fair and leisure space in Barão de São João.
Rehabilitation of the Júdice Cabral Park.
Construction of a Green Leisure Park in Lagos.
Construction of a Playground in Praia da Luz.
Installation of a museum and ethnographic core in the civil parishes of Odiáxere and Barão de São João.
Construction of a multipurpose pavilion in Odiáxere.

Development of the Detailed Plan for the Tecnópolis Zone.

Project for the New Bus Terminal.

Lagos com Futuro counts on the professionalism and dedication of the municipal staff to realize the necessary measures for the County, which is the core reason for the existence of the local public function.

The staff of the City Council, the qualifications of its members and the dedication are fundamental weapons for change and the Future of Lagos.

Lines of Development of Human Resources for the Municipality:

Empower leadership at various levels: qualifications, definition of missions and development of autonomy.
Identification of high-potential employees to prepare the rejuvenation and future of the municipality.
Qualification for employees with specific functions in essential services such as maintenance, urban cleaning, security, carpentry, joinery, citizen services, and building and equipment management, among others.
Possibility of implementing Continuous Working Hours for employees with pressing family needs, provided they meet the requirements under the General Law on Labour in Public Functions (LTFP).

Public resources are always limited. The City Council currently has a massive commitment to multi-annual projects marked by delays, postponements, and low execution rates.
